2. Premium Listings & Advertisements

Refunds are available only for premium listings and advertisements purchased on Costa Business Hub if requested within 7 days of purchase.

3. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The listing or advert has not yet gone live or received engagement.
  • Payment was made through our secure Stripe system.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Listings or ads older than 7 days.
  • Free listings or services not involving a paid transaction.
  • Custom promotional services or features already rendered.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email your request to info@costabusinesshub.com with your account email and transaction reference. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days via Stripe.
